ONE LAST BREAKFAST IN BED
Okay so I already told you I’m a breakfast addict but with that also comes that I’m a breakfast expert. And not the last, I’m also an oat meal goddess. And for a rainy cold Portland morning this banana oatmeal is perfect.

✧ 1 cup of whole rolled oats
✧ 1 1/2 cup of water
✧ 1/2 ripe banana
✧ coconut sugar (optional)
Mix the oats and water and put to slowly boil. Stir constantly. Add the banana and mush it in the oats, this will give it a extra taste boost. And if you like it a little sweeter, add some coconut sugar right before you take it of the stove.
So the oatmeal is already tasting great, but we all know it’s all about the toppings. Peanut butter is a must for me, on almost everything. This one is coconut and chocolate flavored(!!!!!), mix it with apple, for crunch and a little sourness, and some banana coins for extra banana-flavor. And to top it of coconut and almond granola. So simple and so delicious!
